At Gateshead Children and Young People's Partnership, we aim to ensure that our website is accessible to all users.

The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) has published Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) that helps Web developers make sites accessible.

The www.gatesheadcyptrust.co.uk website has been built to comply with Priority 1 and Priority 2 of these guidelines, and many pages match the Priority 2 issues as well.

Access Keys

Each page contains access keys to help you use our website. Many web browsers support the use of access keys, which allow you to jump to specific pages of a website from any page by using a combination of key presses.

Text Size

The Gateshead Children and Young People's Partnership website is designed to let you change the text size using standard browser settings.

In Internet Explorer:

Go to the 'View' menu select 'Text Size' and change the size to the most approriate for you.

In Firefox/Mozilla:

Go to the 'View' menu and select 'Text Size' and then use 'Increase' or 'Decrease' to choose the size most appropriate for you.

You can also hold down the 'Ctrl' key on your keyboard and alter the text size using the '+' and '-' keys in Firefox and Mozilla.
