This report contains the main conclusions and recommendations of the Children with Disabilities Review, which focused primarily on services for children with more complex disabilities.
The local authority has a statutory duty, as ‘lead organisation’ in Children’s Trust arrangements, to
prepare the Children and Young People’s Plan (CYPP) and secure co-operation among its
strategic partners.
