Gateshead Protocol on The Common Assessment Framework, Team Around the Family and the role of the Lead Practitioner

You are invited to comment on the attached document which sets out a clear protocol for common assessment, team around the family and lead practitioner in Gateshead.

The final version of this document will be used as an agreement between all agencies working with children and families and it is therefore important we receive as much feedback as possible about the contents including whether it is workable and also what is missing which could further clarify the processes.

Also attached is a set of consultation questions to guide your response but any views are welcome.
