Who is this for:
Initially aimed at the Children’s Workforce 0-5 years across health, Education, Social Care, Private, Independent and Voluntary sectors.

Objectives:
Develop an understanding of partnership models of working and the helping process
Consider and discuss the appropriate use of Early Support materials to promote partnership working
Begin to develop an appreciation of the importance of being a self-reflective practitioner
Linking Common Assessment Framework, Team Around the Family and Lead Practitioner guidelines to work together with Early Support approaches
