Who is this for?
Practitioners working with children, young people and families across Gateshead who have already attended the Common Assessment Framework, Team around the Family and Lead Practitioner in Practice training.

Objectives:
Understand the value of working together to provide joined up, co-ordinated services to children, young people and families.
Consider the common tools process we use and how to employ them effectively.
Embed the Common Assessment Framework, Team around the Family and Lead Practitioner role in your practice.
Explore good practice.
Consider the impact of our work on service users.
