Who is this for?
Managers and practitioners whose role involves making and receiving referrals, carrying out CAF assessments, those who are likely to take on the role of Lead Practitioner and are involved in Team Around the Family working.

To understand the context for and importance of information sharing
To understand the powers governing sharing of information
To be able to make informed decisions in relation to information sharing and content
To know where to obtain further support and advice
