Managers and practitioners who require a good basic awareness of substance misuse, screening and referral

Objectives:
To raise awareness of substance misuse issues
To understand drug categories and their effects
To understand the local screening and referral process and how they link with the CAF process
An opportunity to share and learn about young people’s substance misuse in Gateshead, how to identify substance misuse and how to effectively refer young people into specialist substance misuse services
