Who is this for?
Managers and practitioners working in services or organisations supporting children, young people and their families

Objectives:
Examine personal attitudes and approaches to discrimination, especially in light of new legal duties to ‘promote’ positive attitudinal change
To consider the nature of discrimination within public organisations
To introduce new and existing legal requirementsAcross the seven strands of equality and diversity
To explore what all this means for individual workers in their partnership working and in relating to those who use their services
